My name is Whitney Powers. I have been teaching since 2012 all of which in the best district- Bryan ISD. This is my 4th year at Sam Rayburn Intermediate School as the 5th Grade Advanced Academics math teacher. My passion is teaching and I am so blessed I get to do what I do everyday!

I graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies. I was Bryan ISD's District Teacher of the Year 2021-2022 and Brazos Valley's Elementary Teacher of the Year 2021.
