Rayburn Title I Documents

These documents are designed to help parents become involved in their children's education

and understand their children's academic progress.

Title I is a federally funded program that aims to ensure all children have a fair opportunity to receive a high-quality education. The program emphasizes parental involvement and notification, and schools that receive Title I funds are required to develop a parent and family engagement plan.

Parent and Family Engagement Policy

This policy explains how Rayburn will partner with families to support their children’s academic success. It includes:

  • Shared Responsibilities: How families and Rayburn can work together to support student achievement.

  • Programs and Resources: Information about the programs and resources Rayburn offers to keep parents informed about their child’s progress.

  • Family Involvement: Opportunities for parents to get involved and participate in activities at Rayburn.

Our goal is to create a strong, supportive partnership with families to help every student succeed.

School/Parent Compact

The School/Parent Compact is an agreement between Rayburn staff and our families. It describes the responsibilities of all stakeholders: the school/staff, students, and parents to help support learning. Each Spring, parents can share their ideas and give feedback to help shape this agreement for the following school year. This compact ensures that we’re all working together to help every student succeed.
